I ordered a few things from fastcap.com, the packaging was way more impressive than I expected. The box showed up sturdy and intact, not looking like it had survived some tragic shipping disaster, which was already a win in my book.

Everything inside was held in place really well, with no loose bits, scratches, or tiny parts rattling around like chaos in a cardboard cave. It’s a simple thing, but you can tell they actually care when they pack an order, and that makes a big difference.

I ordered a couple of things from FastCap, they were okay. Nothing was broken or awful, and the shipping was fine too, so I can’t really complain about that part.
That said, for what I paid, I kind of expected the items to feel a little more solid. A few pieces looked better online than they did in person, which is always annoying, and of course I later found similar stuff for less money because that’s just how it goes.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I also didn’t feel like I got an amazing deal or anything. I might order again if there’s a sale, but I probably wouldn’t pay full price next time.

I picked up a couple of things from fastcap, they were just okay for me. At first, some of the designs seemed clever, but once I actually started using them, something felt a little off. They didn’t really save me as much time as I expected, and one of the tools ended up in a drawer after about a week. They’re not bad products, just not as useful in real day-to-day use as I’d hoped.

I had to send a couple of emails before anyone finally got back to me. The support person was nice enough, but they didn’t really fix the problem. I guess it could’ve been worse, and I can live with it, but the whole thing was still frustrating

FastCap’s site was really easy to use. I found what I needed quickly, the pages loaded without any issues, and checkout was simple. i kind of regret wasting time looking around on other sites first because this was smooth overall.
